Terms and Conditions
TERMS AND CONDITIONS1: BOOKING FEE. No booking will be secure until the deposit,booking forms and conditions are returned to the photographer. The deposit is non-refundable.
2: ARTISTIC LICENSE. The photographer shall be granted artistic license by the client in relation to materials and locations used and the photographers professional judgment shall be deemed correct unless discussed prior to the wedding or event.
3: FORCE MAJEURE. The due performance of this contract is subject to alterations and cancellations by the photographer owing to any cause beyond their control. In the event of failure of photographic equipment or accessories or due to cancellations due to unforseen emergency conditions, liability shall be limited to a full and complete refund of all monies paid.
4: COPYRIGHT. the client assigns the photographer copyright of all material. The photographer may use any photographs for commercial and display purposes unless opposed to in writing by the client. The client will also advise the photographer of any person that does not wish to be included in this clause.
5: CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT. The client can cancel the contract in writing at any time. However the initial booking deposit will be retained.
6: FINAL PRODUCT. Your album will be completed approximately six weeks after your order date. Time may vary depending on the time of year.
7: TRAVEL COSTS. Extra mileage will be charged at 40p per mile after 50 miles distance. This will be discussed at the time of booking and a price agreed upon.
8: PREVIEW BOOK and DVD. These will be available for delivery approximately 2 weeks after the wedding. They will not be released until full payment is received by the photographer.
